We were fortunate to be invited by Alix Romec, US Brand Ambassador for M. Chapoutier’s portfolio of wines, to organize an exclusive evening showcasing the Fac&Spera — or top-tier — Rhône wines of this magnificent producer of extremely highly regarded Rhône wines. What’s more, the evening will be hosted by Michel Chapoutier himself and held in the private dining room at Le Pavillon.
