WFSNY Sake Tasting

In conjunction with Kuramoto USA and the Yamaguchi Prefecture Sake Association, the IWFS will host a major sake tasting at the University Club.  21 brewers from Japan are expected and will be presenting over 100 sakes, many of which have won international awards. There will be a buffet of sushi and other Japanese dishes to pair with Sake. This promises to be one of the most important sake events in the US this year.  There will also be an educational lecture preceding the tasting led by well-known Sake personality, Marcus Pakiser.
