Taste and Smell Primer with the Monell Center

The Monell Center is the world’s only independent, non-profit scientific institute dedicated to basic research on taste and smell. Join two of their senior scientists for a remarkable evening understanding the mechanisms and functions of taste and smell, including the latest research on the impact of COVID-19 on those senses.  Guests will receive a lift and sniff card in the mail prior to the event and be asked to come prepared to explore their senses using a gin and tonic, a bitter beer and a plate of broccoli crudité during the program.
