Black-tie Gala at Per Se with Cellar Wines

We return to the Michelin three star restaurant Per Se, where Thomas Keller will prepare a meal to remember.  The cuisine of Chef Keller will be paired with treasures from the Society Cellar.  The evening will begin with a Champagne reception in the garden followed by a four course dinner.  Each course will be complemented by a special wine from an older vintage which has matured in our cellar.
