Cooking with White Truffles

Alfred Portale of Gotham Bar and Grill and Cesare Cassella of Beppe will build menus around white truffles flown in from Alba, Umbria and Marche, Italy at the Italian Culinary Institute.  Dinner will be accompanied by fine Italian Wines.
