Sweet & Savory Indulgence

The event will begin with a demonstration of pastry puff production and we will work in small groups creating dough for either sweet or savory dishes.  Specially selected dessert wines from the Society Celler will be the piece-de-resistance.  The event will be held at the recently opened FINA Pastries.
