500th Anniversary of Christopher Coumbus

We will celebrate the 500th Anniversary of Christopher Columbus discovering the "new world" with food that gourmands ate in 15th century Genoa, Italy (the birthplace of Columbus).  A selection of Tuscan wines will compliment the dinner.
