Salute to Paul Bocuse

An extraordinary evening sponsored jointly by the New York Chapter of the Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs and our Society to honor Paul Bocuse and to raise funds for the Culinary Institute of America will be held in the Pegasus Suite at the Rainbow Room in Rockefeller Center.
