We will enjoy eight different Bouchard Burgundies – including a Monopole out of magnum and seven Grand and Premier Crus, with at least four from the astounding 2009 vintage.
Each wine and flight has been expertly paired by Executive Chef Romain Paumier, ensuring an incredible evening.

About Bouchard Père & Fils and Victor Pepin
Founded in 1731, Bouchard Père & Fils has spent nearly three centuries preserving the essence of Burgundy.
- Acquired its first vineyard holdings in Volnay and Pommard in 1775.
- Joined the Artémis Domaines group in 2022, alongside Clos de Tart.
- The estate stretches over 105 hectares and has been practicing sustainable viticulture since 2009.
- The entire estate is set to be certified organic next year.
We will enjoy four wines from the historic 2009 vintage.
At 16 years old, Victor Pepin began studying wine at the Beaune and Mâcon wine school.
- Trained at Domaines Comte Georges de Vogüé and Ponsot (France), Weingut Dr. Bürklin-Wolf (Germany), and Turley (California).
- Joined Bouchard Père & Fils & William Fèvre in 2007 and was promoted to Export Manager for Scandinavia in 2008.
- Became Export Director for Asia-Pacific in 2019.
- Now serves as Sales & Marketing Director, based at Château de Beaune.
