Chocolate Lovers Seminar, Tasting & Demonstration at The Italian Culinary Institute. A dsicussion of how chocolate goes from cacao bean to delicacy and a demonmstration of the preparation of several chocolate desserts by pastry chef from Daniel. There will be a sampling of fortified wines plus Amarone and Grand Cru Cognac.
