New York Food Fashions – A fascinating food history exploratory from 18th century taverns to current culinary hot spots. Dinner will include authentic 18th & 19th century dishes as well as signature dishes of 80 Manhattan Penthouse on Fifth Avenue. Wines from the 1070’s and 1980’s will compliment the dinner.
