Join event co-chairs Alan Frishman and Leslie Gold at the widely acclaimed, UWS outpost of Crave Fishbar—NYC’s first 100% sustainable seafood restaurant. Bring your favorite wine to pair with Oysters. Chef Todd Mitgang’s cuisine is rooted in global flavors and innovative preparations highlighting sustainable seafood, heritage meats, and organic produce. Our evening will begin with a Champagne reception accompanied by passed hors d’oeuvres. Next we’ll be seated for a seven-course seafood feast featuring signature Crave dishes and 3 flights of 6 different varieties of east and west coast oysters. The evening will be led by General Manager, Jeremy Benson, who will educate us about the oysters we’ll sample. As an added treat, we’ll each pick our favorite oysters for a personalized sixth course.
