Michael Dixon, President of Simi will conduct a vertical tasting of Simi Cabernet Sauvignon from the 70’s. Mr. Dixon has aso agreed to part with some of their famous 1935 Cabernet Sauvignon as well as one from 1941. This tasting will take place at the Belvedere Suite at 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
