We will tour the extremely exclusive Explorers Club with champagne in hand before a spirited blind tasting of six different pairs of wines. Our members will guess ‘which is which’ (e.g., Cali Cab. v. Left Bank Bordeaux or $35 bottle v. $200 bottle) and the winner will receive a top-notch bottle from our cellar. Following the blind tasting, we will sit for an immersive multi-course meal with expert wines pairings.
