Diamond of the White Truffle Festival is a two night event. Each night will have talented chef, on Monday from La Caravelle and Tuesday from Nobu who will demonstrate the preparation of some of their favorite recipes with white truffles. Mr. Paolo Abbona will present his wines from Marchesi de Barolo.
