A fun night out drinking wines selected from the Society’s cellar to pair with the wonderful cuisine of chef Dan Kluger at his hit restaurant, Loring Place. Some older gems and some 2010 Bordeaux – – wines from France, Italy and the US will be presented along side chef Kluger’s market-driven dishes that spotlight ingredients sourced from the farms and farmers of the Union Square Greenmarket.
