Guided Oyster tasting with wine pairings and dinner at Crave Fishbar. Oyster tasting will be led by Element Seafood and consist of a variety of East coast and West coast oysters, followed by a Thai-inspired dinner from Chef Todd Mitgang. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the New York City Billion Oyster Project’s initiative to repopulate oysters in the Hudson River.
