Oysters & Pears – Treasures of the Sea at Mikimoto and Aquavit. Members will convene at Mikimoto and enjoy a slide lecture on the deveopment and methods of production of cultured pearls. We will then walk to Aquavit for a Treasures of the Sea Dinner with a special selection of wines of exception quality from low-yield, boutique estate vineyards in France.
